TRIP TO THE OTAGO MUSEUM

On Friday a notice was sent home about our upcoming trip to the Otago Museum.  It said...

On Thursday 30th June, Room 11 will be walking to the Otago Museum to take part in a ‘Lotions and Potions’ workshop.  The workshop is 1½ hours long and will support our current science topic ‘Kitchen Chemistry’.  We will be leaving school at 9.30am and returning at 11.30am.  To help us with this trip, we would like some parent helpers to accompany us.

If you are able to join us, please fill in the form on the bottom of the notice and send it back to school.  Thanks!

LEO'S LEARNING COMMITMENT

This afternoon Leo shared his 'Learning Commitment' with us.  He showed us a really cool science experiment with a milk container filled with water.  Leo had holes on the side of the container and demonstrated what happened with and without the lid.  Awesome work, Leo!
